These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to Poised.
Communication coaching
Poised provides simulated conversation practice and automated coaching. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Poised is not therapy, crisis support, or medical, legal, financial, employment, negotiation, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions and real-world conversations.
Subscriptions
- Optional monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions unlock Poised Pro. The app shows your local price and billing period before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases checks the Apple ID’s current entitlement.
Acceptable use
Use Poised for constructive rehearsal. Do not use it to plan abuse, threats, fraud, unlawful conduct, covert manipulation, impersonation, or attempts to defeat access controls, quotas, App Attest, or service security. Do not enter content you lack the right to process.
Availability and changes
AI and speech services can be unavailable or delayed. We may change scenarios, models, limits, features, or pricing prospectively. We may suspend abusive access to protect users and the service.
Warranty and liability
Poised is supplied “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Otherwise, Uptrail is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on automated output.
